Wild Coyote Estate Winery

You first may see the Native American tipi as you head up the side of the hill to Wild Coyote Winery. Named after a family of coyotes found on the property you soon discover you are entering a very special place. 

 

Deep back along Adelaida Road, on a 40-acre terraced hillside vineyard, is the unique experience of Wild Coyote Estate. The architect, sculpture, and now winemaker has created a spiritual hideaway with spectacular views, an adobe-style tasting room, and a peaceful enchanting ambiance. There are owner- sculpted creations on the property, an eclectic art collection, beautifully carved and decorated doors, lovely patios, and authentic Native American artifacts. A secluded picnic area looks out over a pond. The interior of the small, cozy tasting room is a stylish and artist gem with a tiled floor, a timbered ceiling, and a one of a kind metal and wood tasting bar. There is a fireplace in the corner and artifacts on the walls.  Plus there is plenty of good red wine.
