As Director of Winemaking, Jonathon stresses the traditional method of hands on winemaking. He selects a diversity of high quality grapes from local vineyards and produces limited quantities of each varietal. This process ensures a unique wine tasting experience with each visit. Jeannine, a renowned French Chef, incorporates her large knowledge of worldly cuisine when organizing all club events from small dinners to large wine pairing receptions. You will find both pouring at the Tasting Room.
