From the beginning of Lolonis Vineyards, in 1920, the Lolonis family has sought to marry the Old World with the New: Greek dry-farming traditions with pioneering California viticulture practice; hands-on, gentle nurturing of the vines with early adoption of pesticide-free farming methods. Lolonis Winery was founded to showcase the family’s prized old vine grapes under the Lolonis imprint. Today, Lolonis wines are the embodiment of Redwood Valley style: ripe, juicy fruit flavors, supple tannins, long on the finish.

As Robert Mondavi is to Napa, Petros Lolonis is to Redwood Valley. A persuasive proponent of organic farming and champion of family-owned wineries, Petros is a member of the Mendocino Winegrower Alliance and a judge, since 1988, at the Orange County Fair wine competition.
