Established in 1985, Goosecross Cellars is a family run and operated winery famous for their high quality wines and providing excellent customer service. They stay focused on the basics – sustainable farming with attention, care and diligence in the cellar. Their wines are only available through the winery. President and CEO, David Topper, and Winemaker and VP, Geoff Gorsuch, were college roommates at California State University at San Diego and thus bonded over their love of wine and made Goosecross Cellars what it is today.
Upon visiting Goosecross’ wine tasting room in Yountville, guests have constantly commented on how delighted they were with its casual, friendly atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. Their winery tasting room is the place to taste, experiment, and learn in a laid-back beautiful space, whilst in the company of knowledgeable and friendly hosts who are passionate about wine. Great wine calls for great food and Goosecross boasts one of the most comprehensive and versatile recipe collections compared to any other winery. Committed to wine education, Goosecross offers classes and tours complete with meticulously researched information to enhance guests’ appreciation and understanding of wine.
