Eagles Nest Winery is located at the western end of Ramona Valley AVA between the historic gold mining town of Julian and San Diego.  The property is situated on a hill that overlooks the Ramona Valley.

Tours and tastings are done by appointment.  They offer a vacation cottage as well.

Winery Information

Hours: The tasting room and patio are open Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 6 pm. Reservations are available Monday – Friday
Fees: Our Classic is 5 wines for $10. Our Premium is 5 Wines + 3 Ports for $15. Our Port Lovers is 5 ports + 3 wines $20
Price Range: $15 to $27 per bottle
Vineyards: Ramona Valley AVA

Dennis and Julie have a jem in San Diego County. Small mom & pop wineries are my favorite and theirs is one of them. Dennis shares his abundant knowledge with everyone. If your lucky enough to be their when the brick oven is on for pizza you'll be stuffed by the time you leave. Their wines are covered in awards. Their Syrah and TMS is off the chart good. They also grow Picpoul Blanc which is not common and can help you in your Wine Century Application :)
