About This Winery
+ More
Full of great charm and wonderful Anderson Valley wines, Husch Vineyards provides visitors a hospitable country atmosphere and an extensive list of wines to taste. Husch is the oldest winery in the region, and is known as “the friendliest tasting room in the Valley.”
The rustic, converted granary shed makes for a wonderfully enchanting space to spend time tasting the wide range of their Mendocino County wines. The little shingled structure, with its ivy-covered walls, is surrounded by picnic tables under individual arbors. The tasting room staff may include a member of the third generation of the family-owned winery, who will be glad to profile the extensive list of their wines.
In addition to their regularly released wines, they also pour wines that are available only in the tasting room. These limited bottlings include their Renegade Sauvignon Blanc, Vine One Chardonnay, the pink Vin Gris, Mendocino Syrah, their Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, and a very sweet and succulent late-harvest Sauvignon Blanc. Be sure to try their old-vine Carignane and their Pinot Noir.
