Levo is boutique winery based in the “Tin City” are of Paso Robles. The winery is focused on crafting Rhone blends from the high quality Central Coast vineyards. The winemaker, Bret, learned his craft the hard way. After deciding to skip the classical training of academia, Bret worked on a vineyard in Portugal. It was this direct experience that shaped Bret’s approach to winemaking. This is reflected in his soulful and complex wines.
