Metzler Family Farms – Z Wines

Metzler Family Farms has been growing wine grapes in the grand San Joaquin Valley of California for over one hundred years. Throughout the decades, the family has grown peaches, plums, apples, apricots and nectarines for the fresh market and has now ventured into wine making.

“The passion of Metzler Family Farms is to produce superior red wines from grapes grown in Fresno County. The County has long been known for producing outstanding wine grapes but only recently a small number of boutique wineries have come to fruition," says Ron Metzler.

The Z wines label, borrowing the Z from Metzler, had its first release in the fall of 2008. They invite you to enjoy their family’s fine red wines.
