Mount Palomar Winery has an enviable location in a compact, low-lying area amid olive trees, patios, and vineyards. The rustic “old-world” feel of the place immediately entices visitors to relax. The winery offers a selection of wines in their underground tasting room, as well as a delightful patio with fountains, gardens, statuary, and covered verandas that allow visitors to soak up the ambiance and enjoy the wines. Mount Palomar Winery opened Annata Bistro/Bar on their grounds in January of 2015. Featuring a Mediterranean inspired menu and a full service bar, Annata offers a selection of beer on tap and signature cocktails made with fresh squeezed juice grown on the property. Annata Bistro/Bar is the only full service bar on the grounds of a winery in Temecula wine country.
Mount Palomar Winery is a 315-acre wine estate, with 40 acres planted to vineyards. Plans are in the works for new plantings, a larger winery, and a resort and spa.
