+ More
Parrish Family Vineyard is located in Creston at the edge of the Templeton Gap. It was planted in 1995 by David Parrish, who designed his own trellis system to produce a distinctive wine grape. The vineyard is 40 acres focusing on Cabernet varietals. It is nestled on rolling hillsides and hand harvested at the end of the season. David Parrish describes the Cabernet to have its own unique personality and that "the wine is distinctive and never tries to be anything else."
The tasting room is located in downtown Paso Robles and includes a lovely collection of merchandise in its gift shop. Their most famous wine label is P.O. Box 1, so titled after their grandfather Earl who was the first resident in Paso Robles to get a P.O. Box in 1925. The Parrish family welcomes every wine lover to their beautiful tasting room, which has comfortable chairs to lounge in and a family atmosphere to appreciate.
