Nestled in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, Saxum Vineyards crafts highly sought-after Rhône-style wines.
Founded by Justin Smith in 2000, Saxum Vineyards sources fruit from their James Berry Vineyard as well as other exceptional sites. The steep, limestone-laced James Berry Vineyard is home to ancient vines that produce concentrated, complex fruit.
The wines exhibit deep flavors of dark fruit, savory herbs, pepper and spice. Offerings include Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. Production is very small and demand is extremely high for these world-class, terroir-driven wines.
With its passionate winemaking team and focus on quality, Saxum has achieved cult wine status in Paso Robles.
