The Seven Oxen Estate Wines Tasting Bar is located in the Thomas Hill Organics Restaurant in Downtown Paso Robles.
The Estate vineyard is located off of Kiler Canyon Road in the Templeton Gap of Paso Robles’ Westside. The tranquil 130-acre estate includes 26 acres of head pruned, spur trained vines. We keep our yield low and farm organically to guarantee the highest quality fruit possible, and take a minimalist approach at the winery to produce wines reflecting the unique character of our property.
Currently Seven Oxen Wines are available for purchase through our website and Wine Club, and wine tasting is available at the Seven Oxen Tasting Bar, located in Thomas Hill Organics Restaurant at 1313 Park Street, in Downtown Paso Robles.
