Silver Trident Winery

Silver Trident Winery is a small winery that wanted to get away from the traditional wine-tasting bar and give each guest a comfortable and chic experience. In Downtown Yountville, which is a charming little town in itself, they have a Tuscan-style stone building furnished in Ralph Lauren. They invite everyone into their 3 rooms: the library, the living room, and the dining room. The owners warmly invite everyone to sit in their stuffed chairs and couches. You can relax with snacks such as their delicious herbed goat cheese. While you relax, listen to the knowledgeable Silver Trident Winery staff share the full story of their wines. You will find the checkered curtains and fine China vases add to the luxurious feel of the visit. It is particularly comforting to know that they sell the Ralph Lauren Home collection right there. That means you can take home all the cutest memorabilia.

Bob Binder and Walter Jost founded this tasting room. They had the common vision of bringing richly layered wines and stunning hospitality to their guests. They drew from their respective pasts to ensure this top quality experience. Bob learned everything about luxury and gustatory delights from his time running restaurants. He was most know for a premier ocean cruise that featured his high-quality food. Walter has a background in running top notch travel companies. These two men love sharing the best things in life. Their attention to detail make this a mandatory stop on any wine tasting tour.

The winery features great Cabernet Sauvignon along with Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and a red blend. You may be able to sample the friends and family if you become good “friends” with the winery.
