Last month when I went to Santa Barbara County specifically to do some wine tasting. Fun spot right in Buellton. My favorite wine was the Pinot Grigio, and I would recommend to others as well. The service I received here was excellent and I would definitely go back there again.

We used to love this place but now it seems to be going downhill. We are no longer a fan of any of their whites but most of their reds were still pretty good. The prices seem to be going up each time we visit and the small tasting room has been getting overcrowded where the ladies behind the counter can't keep up. I was mostly unimpressed with the man who seemed to be the owner. He seemed very uninterested to speak with the patrons and when he did is was quite condescending and rude. We will not be back, there are plenty of other good wineries that appreciate our business.

I was a member of their quarterly wine club. I called to follow up on 04/09/13 for an order I had been charged for on 01/23/13 and had not received. The girl was very nice, and helpful. She told me they had my shipment because my account was pick up status and she'd send it out. I think I went through this process for every shipment. I received my order and a day or so after, I was billed again. I figured this was a billing error, possibly for the next shipment. I called to inquire 04/15/13, the guy on the phone told me they wouldn't bill for the next shipment until May, to me this confirmed a billing error on their end, for some reason it didn't register to him. I also informed him of the shipment that had been held at their facility for quite some time that recently shipped so he could understand why there may be an error.
