About This Winery
+ More
Situated on the Adelaida Hills, with the Santa Lucia Range as a backdrop, Starr Ranch is a beautiful secluded winery to go and visit. The road to the winery is a lovely drive, crookedly meandering through the hills of the countryside. Starr Ranch’s production is small but this gives them more focus on making more savory wines; their varietals include Bordeaux blends, Rhone, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Starr Ranch is family owned and operated, producing walnuts and persimmons in addition to their wines. Originally from the East Coast, the owners moved out to California in search of the perfect property for their ranch and winery, settling in Paso Robles in 2000. Starr Ranch welcomes wine lovers to come take the soul-soothing drive to visit their winery. With their truly delicious handcrafted wines and idyllic views, this small winery is worth the visit.
