About This Winery
+ More
The Dancing Fox is an unique urban winery located in a century old restored brick building in the heart of historic downtown Lodi. They specialize in Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel, and Merlot. The tasting room includes a bakery and eatery with a wood-fired brick oven for artisan breads and pizza.
It is a family affair. ‘Dad’ has planted and farmed the vineyard for 25 years along with his three sons who also help run the eatery. ‘Mom’ is passionate about her breads which are made from scratch using yeast from the family vineyard.
Their wine making style moves towards big reds and smooth, semi-dry whites. In addition, they are the only winery in the area that produces cherry wine and cherry port made from local Big cherries.
