About This Winery
+ More
The Trinchero family of Napa Valley is building a new winemaking facility dedicated entirely to their luxury-class Trinchero Napa Valley wines. The property is located two miles north of St. Helena on the eastern side of Highway 29. The site, formerly the Folie á Deux winery which the family bought in 2004, will also serve as the new home for Trinchero’s Vine to Dine® programs.
"Our goal has always been to find a stand-alone location for our flagship wines," explained Robert Torres, grandson of Mario Trinchero and Senior Vice President of Facilities and Operations. "This is a jewel of a site. It’s convenient for visitors, has enough elevation change to accommodate a multi-level winery and offers incredible views of the Spring and Howell Mountains. The site also possesses a superb 13-acre sustainably farmed Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard which will bring our total to 200 acres of vines in Napa Valley."
Phase two of the new winery includes the Hospitality Center (8,500 sq ft). Created to house Trinchero’s internationally recognized Vine to Dine® wine and culinary education programs, the Hospitality Center will feature a Tuscan-style culinary center with indoor and outdoor kitchens and dining, vinegar solera, woodburning ovens, reserve tasting room and cellar, and culinary gardens.
