Clients at Zoller Wine Styling include growers who wish to produce wine from their backyard vineyards but lack the necessary facilities to large commercial growers, businesses such as restaurants and retailers who wish to produce their own label and individual wine enthusiasts who like the idea of winemaking as a hobby and want to make their own wine for personal use. They also accommodate those individuals who wish to create a business by producing wines that they will sell on the open market.

The winemaking process is open to the client every step of the way allowing them to be as involved as they want to be. Through the use of interactive, computerized tracking and monitoring systems the client has the opportunity to be involved no matter where they are in the world. A client in Australia can still produce wine with using this interactive experience and monitor their wine all the way through the fermentation process. Clients can also assist with the crush, help make decisions on wine content and label and bottling options.

On the weekends Zoller Wine Styling is open for tasting.  A number of small commercial wineries operate here and use the downtown tasting room to showcase their wines. Lots to choose from and most likely you will be tasting with the winemaker.
